I attended Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. These formative years instilled a deep sense of discipline and community service, values that continue to guide my patient-centered approach today. I fondly remember the morning assemblies at school, where all the students frequently sang ‘When I Look Into Your Holiness’ to begin the day. That early experience of finding peace and focus through song and community remains a cherished memory that informs the calm, attentive environment I strive to create for every patient in my dental practice.

I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the People’s College of Dental Sciences & Research Centre, which is part of People’s University in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Following my graduation, I built a strong foundation in general dentistry through diverse associate roles in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. In 2022, I began my career as an Associate Dentist at Healing Touch Dental Care Private Limited in Indrapuri, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India where I focused on essential clinical skills and patient management. In 2023, I expanded my expertise as an Associate Dentist at Dr. Hegde’s Aesthetic Multispecialty Dental Clinic in Awadhpuri, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Working under the guidance of a renowned practitioner, I gained specialized exposure to aesthetic dentistry and complex multispecialty procedures. These experiences provided me with comprehensive clinical proficiency in patient care and practice operations, serving as the professional bridge before I transitioned into my current role as a Medical Officer and Dental Surgeon in mid-2023.

I recently celebrated a meaningful new chapter in my life by marrying my husband, Dr. Michael Thomas, on March 27, 2025, at PCG Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh, India. This milestone has brought me profound joy and a fresh perspective that has deepened my appreciation for both personal growth and professional dedication. Embracing this new chapter has reinforced the importance of balance and gratitude—qualities I bring into my dental practice every day. I feel truly fortunate to grow in my personal life alongside my husband while remaining deeply committed to providing my patients with the highest standard of empathetic, meticulous dental care.

To unwind after a busy day, I love finding a balance between staying active and relaxing. My favorite ways to recharge include spending quality time with my husband, expressing my creativity through painting, marvelling at God’s creation outdoors, and gathering with my church community. I also stay energized with morning workouts, and cozying up with a good book. Taking this time for my loved ones, faith, and wellness helps bring fresh energy and a compassionate heart to my patients everyday.
